Come join one of our communities for a fun, high-energy class good time. Whether you want to burn fat, lose weight, strengthen muscles, or just build confidence, we have a class for you! Just choose one of our five classes that meets your desires.
Body Burn: Transform your body with a high-energy, medium-intensity class. Using bodyweight exercises and resistance bands, you’ll strengthen and condition your muscles while torching that stubborn fat.

Samantha MacDonald is a dynamic health and life coach and a highly skilled personal trainer dedicated to helping individuals transform their lives through fitness, nutrition, and personal development.
She began her certifications in 2015, and her expertise spans a wide range of fitness domains, allowing her to provide effective guidance for fat loss, strength building, and overall health and wellness.
