Meet Your Instructor
Kim Davis is a certified POUND Pro who fell in love with POUND classes about 8 years ago and became certified to teach soon after that. She has taught her own classes in Dover and Portsmouth, as well as at recreation centers and YMCAs around the community. Kim loves the feeling of a good workout and enjoys sharing that with others. For her, there is nothing better than rocking out to great music while getting an amazing workout, and that’s exactly what POUND is all about.
What is POUND?
POUND is described as a cardio jam session. Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements. Using Ripstix®, POUND transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out. POUND is for everyone, regardless of age or fitness level. Come give POUND a try today! You won’t regret it.

- Wednesdays, Nov 13th, Nov 20th, Dec 4th, Dec 11th (No class Nov 27th)
- 5:30-6:15pm
- $15 per class or $50 for the full session(4 weeks)
