FIt & Fun room 

For children ages 5 and under

Come climb, slide & crawl on age appropriate toys while socializing with all your current and new friends you’ll meet here! The room has a matted floor, slides, tunnels, wedge mat, small ball pit, play kitchen set, big soft blocks to play on & with and a coloring table! The Fit and Fun room is a great time to hang out with friends or just relax.

things to know

The Newmarket Rec is reopening our beloved Fit And Fun room next week, 1/11/2021 and here’s what you need to know:

  • The Fit & Fun room will be available by reservation for your family or your cohort
  • The Fit & Fun room will be open Monday – Thursday 9 am to 2 pm (Closed Fridays)
  • Your family will be able to reserve the room for a 1 hour time period, your options will be 9-10 am, 11-12pm, or 1-2pm. Note: The room will be sanitized thoroughly between each hour reservation.

 

 

  • It costs $10 to reserve the room for an hour and can host up to 8 people in the room (a combination of children and adults in one cohort)
  • If you would like to book a reservation with the Fit & Fun room please call the Rec at 659-8581 or email us at recdesk@newmarketnh.gov

 

POLICIES
* All Participants must register at the Front Desk
* Only children ages 5 & Under are allowed during the open gym time.
* All children must be accompanied by an adult.
* No food or drink allowed on the matted area. Food or drinks may be brought in but may only be consumed at the snack/art table.
* No shoes on the matted area. Socks are required for gym play at all times.

*  The Recreation Department is not responsible for any stolen or lost items left behind.
*  All participants are expected to play in a safe manner.  Parents or Guardians of a child playing in any way that might injure themselves, another participant or damage property of the Recreation Department will be spoken to by staff.  If a parent/guardian needs to be spoken to concerning a child’s behavior repeatedly, they will be asked to leave the gym.
*  Keeping the gym clean is one of our top priorities.  Please help us by cleaning up after your child.
