Meet your instructor: KelLee Larson

KelLee recognizes and attributes much of her own self awareness, resilience, recovery from injury, and approach to health and wellness to her 40+ year yoga minded lifestyle.
In 2017, she embellished that journey and achieved a 200 hour Integrative Yoga Therapy, Yoga Teacher Training certification. And with gratitude, enjoyment and always continued learning, KelLee has been teaching ever since!

KelLee is attentive, thoughtful, passionate, and kind in her teaching. She will support each student, at their own pace to understand, recognize and feel the many life enhancing benefits of Yoga.
Yoga allows us to come back to our true nature as we unravel the layers of conditioning and habit that may no longer serve us.

Peacefully step into the new day ready and prepared in body, mind and spirit. We begin comfortably seated for centering breath and mind. We’ll then stretch our bodies in preparation for a strengthening and energizing asana practice. Class concludes in Shavasana. OM Shanti…
